Wagon/ Transporter for layers

Geared motor synchronized through AC Variable Frequency Drive to control the desired speed.
Radio Remote Control is provided to operate wagon/trolley to and fro.
Spring buffers / Disc springs, Two way limit switches are given as safety measures.
Under voltage / over voltage protection is provided into control panel.
Transfer Wagon / Trolley is equipped with Siren and Bacon Lights.
Specialized Cable carriers are provided for cable feeding.

Mould Trimming Machine

Motorized Trimming machine runs on pre defined path to trim the edges of moulds.

Edge Trimming cutter moves on track / guided structures fixed to a rigid frame / to the floor for better stability.

Edge Trimming machines are manufactured with different fixtures to hold the components as per customer’s requirement

The edge can be trimmed more quickly and precisely than by hand trimming

Trimming speed is about 10 times faster than by manual cutting
